Armed with the facilities of the ESPC, through which nearly ninety percent of Edinburgh Properties are sold, our enthusiastic Property Team will:
- Arrange for a marketing appraisal of your property, advising on the asking price and the target price you might expect, and advise on the best marketing strategy for your property.
- Prepare high quality, informative sales particulars with interior and exterior photographs. The experience of our clients (and our own staff!) who have been on the lookout for property, shows the importance of clear and attractive property particulars containing a good variety of interior and exterior photographs printed on good quality paper. A sample set of particulars can be sent to you.
- Provide you with an eye catching and tasteful Property Board.
- Produce copies of sales particulars and distribute them to prospective buyers and through our own mailing list.
- Arrange advertising in the ESPC Weekly List and generally give your property the full exposure of the ESPC facilities including its Web Site.
- Arrange for your property to be shown by experienced personnel if you are not able, or willing, to do this yourself.
- Follow up on people who have viewed your property and keep you informed.
- Keep you fully advised through the minefield of setting closing dates, accepting or rejecting offers, and use our considerable experience of negotiations for both purchasers and sellers to achieve for you the best possible price that can be obtained.
