Neil Paterson WS TEP, Partner

Neil is our Senior Partner. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. His principal area of work is in support to elderly clients and in Wills, Trusts and Executries. These activities include Powers of Attorney, financial guardianship and the drafting of Wills and lifetime trusts designed to be tax efficient. He gives incidental investment advice and is a legal adviser to charities.

Neil also acts as the firm's money laundering reporting officer and oversees incidental financial business compliance.

Neil is part of the Wills, Trusts & Succession, Supporting Elderly Clients teams within the firm.
