Ken, who qualified in 1988, acts for private clients in dealing with Wills, Trusts and Executries, support to elderly clients and personal tax advice.
He therefore spends his time in the administration of estates, drafting of tax efficient Wills including giving advice on discretionary provisions and gift planning. He gives incidental investment advice and deals with Powers of Attorney and financial guardianship.
Ken is part of the Wills, Trusts & Succession, Supporting Elderly Clients teams within the firm.
